Am I the only one really bothered by the fact that the strawberry and the blackberry are touching?
Let them touch, they don’t get to often because of their tragic forbidden love.
Long ago, two Elder berries got into a fight, the tribe split in two, the strawberries against the blackberries. Now, new passions arise between the new generation - could this be the end of the feud or will it just fan the flames?
Two flavors, both alike in sweetness
In fair Verona, where we lay our scene
From ancient cold break new freezer burn
Where civil juice makes civil fruits uncleanDid you just turn gelato into Shakespeare.
Cheesecake stuffed strawberries.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Large Strawberries
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 3-4 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hollow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.
FOOD ORGSAM OH MY FUCKING GODFKJSDLHKJFHDLAIG
Do you ever have trouble keeping your sweets to yourself? If you live with at least one other person who has a sweet tooth, chances are you’ve had to deal with them eating your treats before you’ve had a chance to enjoy them yourself.
Here’s a great suggestion for avoiding that problem in future: Make/buy treats that don’t simply resemble something other than delicious dessert. Make/buy treats that look convincingly like something most people would probably rather not want to reach out and touch, let alone eat, at all. Ever.
This incredibly awesome and unbelievably realistic cake made to look (but not taste) exactly like an amelanistic Burmese Python was made by Francesca, a very gifted baker who runs North Star Cakes in Maidstone, Kent, England.
